Booking conditions

  • All requests for appointments or support begin with a preliminary telephone interview with the canine behaviorist.

  • This exchange allows us to assess the situation and define, in collaboration with the owner, a tailor-made support plan adapted to the dog's needs and the desired objectives.

  • In the event that the time between registration and the scheduled date of service is insufficient to organize this interview and, if necessary, to set up the first sessions to ensure appropriate behavior of the dog, the service may be postponed.

  • This postponement will be made to a later date, agreed with the owner, depending on availability.

  • Fanny Dog Coach also reserves the right to refuse or interrupt support if the conditions necessary for its successful completion are not met, particularly in the event of a lack of commitment or involvement on the part of the owner.
